Anxiety and family?!


Question: Anxiety and family!?
i have bad anxiety!. I also feel depressed quite often, with mood swings, and have a horrible diet!. I also have no close friends, live at home with some one i don't get along with, and have little money ( I am a student )!. recently i started excersizing daily and dieting!. my physician wants me to start taking mood stabilizers and in some weeks get me on more and more meds!. I said I don't want to be on meds anymore and he said it seems like the only choice!. ( I went to the ER last week because of chest pains from an anxiety attack )!. Do I have to be on meds!? Can some one pull through anxiety with healthy changes!? Could my depression or anxiety be because of my uncomfortable homelife and surroundings!? etc!.!.!.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have bad anxiety too and used to get a lot of anxiety attacks and was also depressed!. Here are two herbal supplements that would really help you, as they helped me:

SerenX by Xymogen (for anxiety/stress)

(google them and it will show you wear you can get them or order them online)!. and good for you that you started exercising and eating better that is the first step that should help you!. and yes, if you have no close relationships, it causes you to internalize everything, which is not helping!. try to meet some new people!. join a club you like at school or at work--just get involved somehow!. even if you meet one new friend you like, that would really, really help you mentally!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being on meds isn't such a bad thing if you find the one that's right for you!. If you couple it with therapy and invest time and effort into a de-stress program you should be able to lower your dosage!. Or it might be you have chemical imbalance and needed long term care!. At any rate, doing something, rather than just stopping is better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
