It sounds like a canker!. They are painful and annoying, but they aren't serious!.
The best way to treat them is to rinse your mouth out with warm, salted water!. The water doesn't have to be that hot, just tap hot, add a little salt, swirl it around your mouth, and then spit!. Do NOT swallow the salt water!.
You'll find it very soothing, and it will clean the canker!. In a day or so that canker will be gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
