Spine straightening exercises?!
Question: Spine straightening exercises!?
I have minor scoliosis, and my doctor says I don't need a brace or surgery, but I REALLY want to straighten out my spine as much as I can!. Does anyone know of any spine straightening exercises!? Any at all!? My scoliosis is holding me an inch short!.!.!.Any books or sites!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know any sites but i do know a few exercises!.
First one twists the back - Lie flat with our arms out in line with your shoulders!. Put your Knee up and lean it over the other leg!. Then turn your head in the opposite direction to you knee!. Do it both ways!. This will stretch your back a bit and if it clicks it will loosen it up too (hopefully)!. another you can do is - get on all fours look up and arch your body towards the ground and then look down and arch your body in the air!.
