Why do handnails, papercuts, and splinters hurt so much?!

Question: Why do handnails, papercuts, and splinters hurt so much!?
Why do those tiny injuries hurt so much relative to bigger scrapes and injuries!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The majority of the pain receptors are in the skin, so a small injury affects just as many nerves as deeper injury!.
However, the body also reacts more strongly to deeper injuries including releasing adrenalin and endorphines - these chemicals actually suppress pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because these small injuries usually occur where our nerve endings are most sensitive!. The fingertips, especially the center, are loaded with nerve endings!. Not only that, they tend to heal slower because we use our fingers for many purposes and, we irritate the papercut by just doing simple activities!. Yeah, these small cuts hurt alot !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because in your fingers the nerves are so close to the surface!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because they are thinly sharp haha!.
