Im 5 foot 7 pushing 5 foot 8 at 16 years old!. does that mean im done growing or do I still have more time to row!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is different for every person!. Some people hit puberty early and when you do, it seals up something called your growth plates!. Those are on some bones in our bodies!. If you hit puberty late then you'll be a taller person!. The average age to stop growing at is the 9th grade though!. I hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
