Are you serious!. If you are then try this!.

Stop eating non vegetarian food, onion and garlic!. Stop smoking, drinking liquor, tea & coffee!. Stop watching TV / movies!. Do not read the newspaper completely only read if you must, the column which concerns you most!.

Pray at least for 30 minutes daily!. If you do not like to pray then just chant the following verse for 30 minutes daily!. If you like after a week or two you may want to increase it to 60 minutes and then later 90 minutes!.

Breathe
Taking a couple of minutes out of your day to practice a deep breathing can have tremendous effect on your stress levels!. If you want to take things a stage further you could try meditation to really calm the body and the mind!.

Stay off the coffee
Don't be tempted to combat stress with a caffeine fix!. It may give you a short term high but it will ultimately make you feel even more stressed!. To relax you need to sooth the body!. The stimulants in coffee certainly wont do this!.

Talk Talk
A problem shared!. It's good to talk!. These may be cliches but that doesn't make them any less true!. Talking to your partner or a close friend about your stress will be like releasing a pressure valve!. And of course they can often provide invaluable help and advice!.

Take a bath
It may seem simple, but taking a bath is constantly voted by women as the best way to destress and relax the body and mind!. Twenty minutes of hot water, soothing bath salts, flickering candles, gentle music and maybe even a glass of wine - it really doesn't get any better than this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i like rave and death metal!.
i found a good groove where im not mad and i am not stressed with the whole me taking dual enrollment!.
find a music style that helps you listen to bass and drum music!.
it makes me feel so good when i have an energy drink and trance music!.
let your emotion out!.
so your nice and calm all the time!.
hobbys lead to girls,style,personality!.

im saying flip on some music and vibe to it let your self wander!.
lay down in bed put on some headphones and chill!.
don't think about any worrys!.
it will all go away!.
nothing can break a connection with a passion for music!.

just don't stress out over everything relax and be yourself and don't let society rule the way u are and stress you out instead just calm down and do some calming exercises like meditating or taking deep breaths and suchWww@Answer-Health@Com
