the muscles in my lower stomach hut when i walk, or flew them!. i know its my muscles!. it's not a cramp!. i havent started my period!. i am 13!. has anybody else had this!? when willl it go away!?

I had this I'm in the exact same situation!. 13, havent had my period yet!.
What I did was, I layed down for about 1 hour, just watched t!.v , and put a icepack ( also you can use a hotpack)!. And I tried to ignore it!. In 1 hour it was gone!
