I have a fast metabolism!. Im about 15, very short 4'10, and about 75lbs!. Im going into high school and look like im 5yrs old because Im flat (like a boy)!. How do I gain weight fast!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to GNC and ask them what would be the best weight ganier for you and presto you gain 10 pounds, my dads dibetic and cant gain weight very easily and thats what he did so i know it works :DD Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I also have a very fast metabolism, and all I can say is: "If you're eating till you're full when you're hungry and eating healthily, then you shouldn't be worrying about your weight!."

That said, if you gain weight, there's no guarantee that it's going to go to your chest!. More likely it's going to go to your stomach or thighs -- because that's where fat is stored for long winters or famines!.

Some people just don't grow breasts, not to be cruel or scare you, so trying to gain pure weight isn't going help!. If you're a late bloomer, they'll grow, and if you're not, there's not much you can do to help it!.

Again, that said, I've heard that drinking papaya milk smoothies will help with growing breasts!. Also, massage supposedly helps!. I don't think it's been tested, or can, really, but I guess it's a start!? At least papaya is really good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to pile on carbohydrates and fat!. Eat lots of potatoes and fried chicken!. Drink lots of milk and eat like 8 times a day!. Go to buffets and try to set a personal best, and then the next day go back and try to match that record, if not beat it!. Also try not to move around too much and if possible sleep anytime you're not eating!. It might not be such a bad idea to have some people carry you to and fro different eating locations so to not have any unnecessary energy expenditures!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat lots of meals intake double the amount of calories!. make sure the food you are eating is healthy!.

there are gain-weight shakes you can take!. they are very nasty, though!.

not exercising does not sound too healthy so i'd exercise very minimal!.

avoid foods such as: celery, grapefruit, lemons, limes, any acid fruit!. they have negative calories!.

keep in mind to stay healthy & do not eat junk food & don't exercise!.

also, if nothing seems to work, then wear clothes that make you look bigger!. in russia they have jeans that have padding on the legs & thighs!. lol

Ensure Plus!. It is what they give anorexics to help them put on weight quickly!. Eat normally, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack!.!.!.but drink two Ensure Plus each day in addition to your regular meals (substitute them as the drink for lunch and dinner)!. have a healthy balanced diet (diet not meaning starve meaning proper food) drink lots of milk!. milk gives you an hourglass shape!. and i can feel your pain, for im always trying to gain weight! im 5'10" and just a little over 100 pounds which is much more then you weigh but im also very talllll! haha good luck with highschool, but dont worry its lots of fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well It is what you girls do!. When you already are thin enough you cant help but try to lose weight to look "perfect" It all comes back to you don't it!? For you it a flat chest!. Eat a lot of nuts!. Those suckers have so many calories in them, but they're very healthy for you!. Some cereals have a bunch of calories in them too, but don't buy the super sugary kind!.
Oh, and bananas! They have the most calories out of any kind of fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
