In an ideal world you wouldn't need one, but unfortunately this isn't such a world!.
If I worked on the 100th floor of the Freedom Tower I'd deffinately have a parachute, but I think I'd walk round with it strapped to my back, sod putting it in the draw !

Oh! I saw some ladder thing from infomercial!. It's probably not long enough for 100th floor!.

I would definitely do some research, find a nice rope and solid hook to set the rope!. You will be a hero saving your coworkers!. I have to go down first!. They can fight who goes second and third!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
