Really bad stomach ache when i eat anything?!

The same thing happened to me and I went to a doctor to get it checked out, they said it was probably due to acid in your stomach, try taking tums or some medication for acid reflex!. It WONT be dangerous if you take acid reflex medication and it turns out that wasnt your problem!. My doctor said to not eat anything citricy or dairy products!.!. which is pretty much every type of food haha, and see if the pain stopped!. If the pain continues I suggest you go to your doctor and let them know it wasnt any type of acid reflex!. It also might be heart burn!. Have a doctor check for a heart murmur!.
