I have diarrhea, what should I eat / drink?!

Question: I have diarrhea, what should I eat / drink!?
I was planning on going to the cinema tomorrow with a big group of friends, I can't even sit down for 10 minutes without having to go to the bathroom!.

Any tips on what I should eat/drink now to get rid of it within a few hours (if possible)!.

Thanks!.

PS: I think the diarrhea was caused by my recent healthy lifestyle change, I've switched from eating 'bad foods' to eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, wheats, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best foods to eat to reduce your diarrhea:
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Tea
Toast
Yogurt
You should avoid eating foods that are high in fiber for now!.
You should drink plenty of fluids to avoid becoming dehydrated!. Water, Gatorade!.
It might be a good idea to take over-the-counter Immodium AD ( generic version is just as good)!. This is a medication to help stop diarrhea!. Follow the instructions on the label
I hope that this is helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Veggies won't give you diarrhea!. It's like throwing up!.

Drink only water (as diarrhea dehydrates you and it gets rid of other stuff) and next time you go to the toilet, just let it all come out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have always been told by people to eat a lot of rice!. Or you could go to the store and get some Imodium, that usually works as well!. Other than that i dont know what you could do!. Try the Imodium!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
