Question: White head attack!.!. advice needed
how in the world did i get so many white heads!? i have about 7 on my chin! i have just ended my monthly so it might be hormonal but i haven't had this kind of acne since i was a teenager!.!.!.!. i am now 30!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure exactly why you are getting such bad attacks (whether it's hormonal, stress, or whatever your case may be), however I do know that I get really bad white heads around that time of the month (especially if it is hot during the day) and I use both OXY face wash as well as OXY face pads afterwards!.!.!. this usually clears things up within a day or two!. Of course there could be so many different reasons for it!.!.!. stress is what it sounds like happened, usually with stress comes extra sweat and with the sweat, without washing your face constantly, comes acne!. And yes even at a young age of 30 you can get acne like you did as a teen, if you are in an environment that promotes it, not like back then when there wasn't anything you could do about it!.!.!. you were getting acne and that's that!.!.!. but now at least you can try and get a handle on it!.!.!. anyhow that's my thought on it!.
