I'm sure they won't force you to take it!. It saves the government money if they don't have you on it!. However, there are very few doctors, clinics or hospitals that won't accept medicare!. I you take medicare it will cost around $20 a month for the premium!. You might want to do it the way I do!. I kept my private insurance as the secondary insurance!. The premium on the secondary insurance will go way down when you start Medicare!. With both Medicare and a secondary policy I am paying almost nothing out of pocket anymore because the medicare payments of your medical bills count as deductible on your 2nd insurance!. So most of your deductible for the year will be payed without you having to fork out anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
