I can't sleep...help!!!!


Question: I can't sleep!.!.!.help!!!
Recently I have been finding it difficult getting to sleep, it has even taken up to 3hours to finally get to sleep at one point!. For example!.!.!.last night I was supposed to have an "early night" so I went to bed at 9:30pm!. I finally managed to get to sleep just before midnight!. That's not normal is it!? Is there a sure fire way to get to sleep-without taking medication!.!.!. If there is then please let me know!.!.!.Thanx in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some tips from my doctor friend:
1!. Try to have a regular waking/sleeping schedule, so your body's cued in on what to do!.
2!. Make sure you are getting enough aerobic exercise - your body *needs* it!.

when i try to sleep early, i tend to stay awake for hours!.!.!. the best way to fall asleep right away is to be very relaxed, and to actually feel like sleeping, i would also agree on the first girl who answered, "wake up early", and also, don't eat a lot during dinner and don't drink alcohol too, and if you are really having trouble sleeping, try listening to relaxing music and is you really can't sleep take a sleeping pill

It might be that you suffer from insonomia, but i very much doubt it, as this is very rare!.
It my be you have something or someone on your mind!
Stress related issues!.
Try having a bath before you go to bed, use lavender oils, these can help de-stress, and relax the body!.
Also try having hot chocolate and read for 30-40 minutes!
Or listen to soothing music!. with a nice beat
Sting and Craig David- the rise and fall, puts me straight to sleep, or the fray- unsaid

If nothing helps you may need to consider going to see the dr, as it may effect you health, maing you unable to work!.!. It will make you feel really tired during the day!

Also if you drink coffee, try and cut out on the amount you have!

well its been proven the if you look at the color blue, wear socks, and have warm milk before you sleep, youll get tired!. my trick is to do something that tires my eyes!. reading a book, playing nintendo ds lol!. you could also sleep with music!. okay, i havent tried this yet, but im going to to get used to the time for school!. try to wake up late one morning or be all lazy, then DONT sleep at all so your having an all-nighter!. do somthing that will keep u up all night!. then dont sleep in the day and finally, sleep at the time you wish-9:30!. and wake up at the time you wish!. so practically, youll be awake a day, night, and day!. i know youll be tired, but youll get right on track!. cut down on coffee!. try taking a bath with lavender bath soap!. sleeping with a candle so its soothing and covering all the lights besides that!. reading, like i said hot chocolate or milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
