How can I make my life a little better?!


Question: How can I make my life a little better!?
Here are the things that suck about my life (the reasons I am depressed):
1!. I live in the messiest house ever so I get no peace!.
2!. I am self-conscious and shy and hate people so I don't have any friends!.
3!. I'm addicted to the computer!. I'm on it all day!. That means I am never getting any exercise!.
4!. My medicine makes me lose my appetite!.!. so I am not eating enough!. I lost a lot of weight!.
5!. Whenever I am lonely I go on chat rooms but all the guys want on there is phone sex or cyber sex!. I am sick of it!.
Someone help!! How can I fix all these problems!? I know it may take a while!. I've been trying to fix them myself but I've gotten nowhere!. What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start by cleaning up the house, really!. It'll cure several problems at once!. It'll get you off the computer a bit, more exercise, help your self esteem, and make you feel better about asking friends over!. Oh!!! The best way to improve your life is to start reading insperational books and first and for most find a relationship with god!. Excersizing!. Wake up early!! Excersize and then read somthing insperational!.Claim to god that your day is going to be wonderful and it will!. It's the best feeling in the world!. We are all human and sometimes get down with life but it is soooooo nice knowing that everything happens to us for a reason!!! God is trying to send us somekind of message and it is our job to figure out what we are supposed to learn from it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 - Keep your area of the house clean
2 - See a psychologist to discuss these issues - or find other anti-social people to be friends with at school!.
3 - Unplug it and get a hobby!. Go to the craft store or something and find something interesting to do!.
4 - Talk to your doctor about changing to a different medication!.

Girl, I know exactly how u feel except for the messy house part!. I am also addicted to my computer i'm on it all day I skip breakfast sometimes lunch!. Its a crazy thing!.!.and I feel ya all the way!. What I do is listen to some music every now and then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

clean your house
go to a cyber cafe so that your love for computers will help you find friends who are interested in the same thing you are
if you feel depressed go to a therapist
watch tv
play a sport
hire a cleaning lady

Well i think what you should start doing is relaxing a bit ;

It sounds to me like you are expecting happiness to happen to you instead of taking the steps to create it!. First, if you live in a messy house, clean it up! If you live with others and they are messy, ask them to pitch in, or at least make sure your own private area is a clean sanctuary!. Second, you don't hate people!. You simply hate that they are not giving you what you want!. To get you have to give in return!. Do nice things for people and try to be personable and you will get the same in return!. Three is simple!. Get off the computer for at least an hour a day and excercise or go for a walk or volunteer somewhere or hang out with people!. Four, Talk to your doctor about your medication!. Even if it suppreses your appetite, he can either change the medication or give you an additional medication that will counteract that side effect giving you your appetite back!. Five, find other areas to chat with people other than in chat rooms!. There are games online where you can talk to people but still chat with them at the same time!. People on there generally are not interested in cyber!.

Last but not least!. Most of the problems you are complaining about are of your own making!. YOU and only YOU have the power to change your own life!. Put together a list of goals!.!.!.!.get a daily journal!.!.!.!.!.and start writing down your progress everyday!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
