NO!. Don't take them at the same times!. 2 times daily usually means that the tablets must be taken twice, within 24 hours!. Usually one in the morning (when you wake up), and another in the evening/night- before bed (presuming they will not interfere with sleeping)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
