Question: WHAT IS NORMAL BREATHING !?
I WANNA KNOW THE PROPER TECHNIQUE, AND WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA AND NORMAL BREATHING !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A massive difference!.

Normal breathing is what we do naturally, however when we are stressed / worried / angry
We can take 10 deep breaths and feel different, this is because we are inhaling more oxygen and more oxygen in the system increase a "Feel good" hormone, sorry i can't remember the name!.

Yoga breathing is VERY similar to the deep breaths i've mentioned above!.
However you also position your body in such a way that the back is fully straight and your diaframe is freely able to move and is not constricted in any way!.

Therefore maximizing the ammount of breath you can inhale!.

Yoga breathing is meant to ensure that your cells are receiving a maximum saturation of oxygen, which makes them function better!.

normal breathing can be off beat if you're unhealthy and it's hard to know!. Pretty much what yoga does is focusing on your body's need to breath and controling it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
