the make sure you can see alright, that you hear ok, they listen to your lungs, test your heartrate while idle, make you exercise some and test your heartrate again, check your heart beat, and then grab your testicles and make you cough to see if you are developing a hernia, but some have told me they don't do that last part anymore, so you may be in luck, but it used to be part of the standard physical!. They may do a drug test w/blood or urinalysis too, especially if your getting one because your going to be playing sports!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It would help to know what the physical is for, work, general health, or sports!? The will all take your temperature, and blood pressure, and will listen to your breathing, from your chest and back, ask you to cough, look in your eyes, ears, and throat!. Give a urine sample, feel your stomach and lower abdomen!. Possible check your testicles while you cough, to check for a hernia!.
