that is a bad idea!. neosporin and rubbing alcohol dont allow enough oxygen to get into the piercing!. buy h2ocean, it is $15 at hot topic!. it is definately worth it!. if you cant get that, use liquid hand soap to clean it, then rinse it off with saline solution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
