That absolutely is true! It's called water intoxication!. When you drink way too much water, you will first begin to feel "drunk" if the water consumption continues past that (which I don't know why it would), your kidneys will be overloaded and not able to process all of it, which would ultimately lead to kidney failure!. I don't know the exact amount, but I would imagine that when one starts to feel drunk on water, that would be the sign that it's too much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose you can overflow your body with about 3-4 gallons of water AT A TIME**** But other than that drink about 8 glasses of water a day thats about right hope i helped :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

a few years back on the news a girl died when she drank 5 gallons of water a day!. what she did was wash out all the nutrients from her body!. then her body shut down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
