when i dont use a hair dryer to dry my hair it goes all limp and stragly
but
if i use a hair dryer then it comes out silky and bouncy

It maybe the moisturizer ur using or just ur hair, I have the same problem too, I have to dry my hair every single dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
