How long will it take before I feel a difference?!


Question: How long will it take before I feel a difference!?
I have been thinking about it many times, often you eat vitamins!.!.!.I had/and still have white spots on my nails!. I bought "zinc pills" because I was told that I had zinc deficiancy - the white spots was a sign of that!.!.!.But how long will it take before I feel/see a difference!. Same thing with vitamins like vitamin-C or B12!.!.!.!?!?!?!?!?
