the reason why people tell you to stay away from computer screens too late is because staring at a computer screen keeps your brain awake and active, while the rest of your body sits there and rests, so you don't get tired!. being on a computer at such late hours would mean that you'd have a lot of difficulty getting to sleep because your body won't need to sleep and your mind won't want to sleep!. so maybe that's why you can't tonight!. also, with everything everyone else is saying, like too much caffiene and sugar would probably be the reason, too!.

try taking a sleeping pill if you have any, and just lie in bed!. even if you don't get to sleep, at least you can rest, and you'll feel absolutely horrible tomorrow if you don't at least do that!. hope that helps :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

4am, I just woke up!. At 14 you have the same issue as my kids do!. They are so excited about being able to stay up late on weekends that they become "over tired" or "wired"!. Their mother allows them to drink caffiene or eat caffiene (chocolate)!. Sugary snacks tend to make them hyper until the insuline spike!. When the sugar runs out, they crash!. They tend to wake up around 12 hours later when they normally sleep for 8 hours during the normal school week!.

When I was 14, my parents made me go to bed at the same time regardless of the time of week, time of year!. A routine gets you into a biorythem!. Eventually, you can go to bed and wake up without an alarm clock!. Of course, I didn't listen to my dad untill i went to college!.

I do remember a sure fire way of getting to sleep!. Lift weights!. Do not masturbate to fall asleep!. When you get into a relationship you will thank me!. If you jerk off to fall asleep, you are conditioning yourself to fall asleep after orgasm!. In the future, when have sex, you will not be vocal, because you have conditioned yourself to be quiet while having sex (although self sex)!. Don't do anything that stimulates the mind, like tv, books, internet (sorry lol), lay down close your eyes, literally warm milk with honey actually is proven to help if you don't have an over the counter sleep aid like unisom or even benedryl!. Don't eat!. If you have any chamomile tea anywhere around the house, or sleepytime tea!.!.!.!.good luck I have a hard time all the time and unisom does opposite to me drives me crazy! listen to soft music like Jazz Blues R&B or stuff like that and then just let it play if u don't have any then download it on the internet!!!
