I have a date with this super hot guy in about 45 mins and I have the worst gas ever!. they are silent stinkers that I cant hold in!. I really dont want 2 cancel!
What can i do!?

just don't have anything high in dairy, sometimes it can cause a little gas!. you might want to avoid chocolate or sweets too!. but don't worry about it too much; just have fun on your date! =]!. hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
