Question: Is it bad to read while laying on the bed!?
i find it really comfortable and i dislike reading while sitting!. i've been hearing that reading while laying on the bed damages your eyesight!. is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as the lighting is good and your posture is comfortable, the only real risk from reading in bed is that you will become too relaxed, fall asleep, and knock yourself in the nose with your book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
