Yes, apparently they are!. The reason(s) are a matter of speculation!. Some have called it a gateway drug, but it seems to me just as likely that the kids who are least likely to care about the negative consequences of smoking are also the least likely to fear the negative consequences of drug use!. Or the ones who are scared to do something they aren't supposed to, or who are most likey to trust authority!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
