Am i messing up my body? i hardly eat!


Question: Am i messing up my body!? i hardly eat
i lost my appetite!. yesterday all i ate was a piece of chocolate, half a burger, some fries, a coca cola!. thats how its been for the past few days!. how bad will that mess up my body!? i think im not hungry because its sooooo hot like 110 everyday i can't handle the heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes that is bad and what your eating sounds really bad all that fat and high sugar , calories at least try to eat like a banana and yogurt and maybe a healthy bar like every 4 hours just try that ok :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat and you need to eat CORRECTLY!. What you just mentioned is not healthy if you aren't eating much!. You need to find a way to handle the heat!. If you have to go sit in a mall all day, do so, but stay cool, stay hydrated, and eat more than that!. If you cannot eat more than that, so be it!. But you need to eat healthy foods!.!.!.in that way, you're body can at least make up for the loss with good nutrients instead of fat and sugar!. You need veggies and fruit and whole grain!. I'm not kidding, you will feel somewhat better if you eat these things instead of high fat high sugar stuff like you are eating!. Your body can make better use of this in keeping you cool!. Also, drink water!. I cannot say that enough!. DRINK WATER!. You're body will thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm, i would recommend eating more than that, but more importantly, healthier than that! if you eat stuff like salads instead of burgers, you will be hungry again sooner, not to mention it's way better for you!. eating a little amount won't mess up your body if its just for a few days, except it might slow your metabolism!. but eating junk food will mess up your body!. U might be getting sick, and i would suggest u eat healthier foods!. That will help out a lot!. If ur a teenager, u definitely need to be eating WAY more food!. Also, i know this is really gross, u should be pooping one or more times a day!. If not, u should eat cereal for breakfast and/or take fiber supplements!. I hope this heps u, and good luck!. If you normally try to eat healthy foods, I wouldn't worry about eating just a little for a few days because it is so hot!. What is most important is to drink plenty of fluids (water, juice, sports drinks)!. Cool drinks will help keep your body cool!.
