Which is healthiest?!!

Question: Which is healthiest!?!
I would like to know why I need so much sleep!! I read a couple articles and they have all said that it is much healthier to get 6-7 hours of sleep each night rather than 8-10 or whatever!. However, when I get 6-7 hours of sleep, I can barely move the next day!! I need at least 9 to appear human!. So, which is healthier!?!? Less sleep and "healthy" or comfortable amount of sleep and able to function properly!? I'm 16 years old, btw, in case that would have an influence on the answer!. Thanks!! =] Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, your age has a lot to do with how much sleep you need!. Your body is going through a lot of changes and it needs a lot of energy!. Some people don't need exactly 8 hours of sleep!. When I was 16 I could stop, drop, and sleep at any given moment!. Now that I'm in my late twenties, I seldom need more than 6-7 hours of sleep per night!. This also depends on how much activity you are doing!. On days that I'm not exercising, I could wake up the next day after 5 hours of sleep and feel perfectly fine!. Enjoy your sleep:) Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could have smething to do with what your eating or more like what your not eating try more food which is rich in iron like fish red meat etc
or it could be you do not have enough b12 which is what i have go to your local docter get cheeked out you may need to get injections every 3 months or even just a course of vitiam drugsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should get around eight hours of sleep a night!. It's also good for you to go to bed around the same time each night!. Its good for you skin, for your health, and it the proper amount of rest each night is supposed to help you live longer!. :)

Normal adolescents are supposed to get 9-10 hours of sleep on a regular bases thats the normal amount of sleep for someone ur age and just becuase u get more sleep dosent make u less healthy it means ur body is trying to rest Www@Answer-Health@Com

it might have to do with your nutrition if you are not eating right then it might have something to do with how tired you are Www@Answer-Health@Com
