How can I get rid of this anxiety? How can I start being independent again? HELP!


Question: How can I get rid of this anxiety!? How can I start being independent again!? HELP ME PLEASE!
I don't know what's wrong with me!. I've always been a pretty motivated, and independent person!. But ever since I got married, I've been needing my husband to go with me everywhere, it's pretty pathetic!. I'm afraid of driving for one, for two I'm in a foreign country, BUT I am on a military base so I shouldn't be afraid to drive around the base!. I rely on him for everything, and I really shouldn't!. I don't know what's wrong with me, it's like I'm a baby who needs him for everything!. A lot of the time my excuse is, the fact that I'm so self-conscious!. But mostly, I'm afraid of getting lost without him!. What the heck is going on!? Did I become a completely dependent person or what!? I feel like a pathetic, loser!. I want to stop being afraid of !.!.like doing daily things without someone by my side!. How can I stop being like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Changes in life can bring on stress, anxiety, apprehension and worry!.
Exercising often and getting adequate and regular sleep each night will lower stress and anxiety!.!.!.sex/masterbation (orgasm) is a great stress reliever!.
A hormone imbalance can also cause anxiety and emotional instability!. Adrenal glands, which regulate the hormones in your body, do a good job under normal circumstances, but too much stress lowers the amount of progesterone your body produces causing an hormonal imbalance, exercise and eating foods made from soy naturally produces progesterone in the body!.

Eat healthy, (lots of fruits and veggies) eat foods low in sugar, fat, and carbs!.
Limit eating foods with preservatives, additives, artificial sweeteners, sugar, high fructose corn syrup and caffeine, these and a Vitamin B complex deficiency can cause emotional disturbances in the brain!.!.!.eat fish, fish oil/omega3 is a natural antidepressant and enhances brain function (even a tuna fish sandwich 3X a week or fish oil supplements) liver, pork, chicken and potatoes are also high in vitamin B1-12!.
Drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated, helping to digest food and flush waste faster, not to mention a noticeable improvement in your skin and hair!.
Get outside in the sunshine as much as possibe, (always wear sunscreen) your brain will produce dopamine to naturally lift your mood and Vitamin D to enhance your body's ability to absorb nutrition!.
Be more creative, find ways to express yourself through writing, art, music or anything you enjoy!.
Don't isolate yourself, talking, hanging out and having fun with friends makes us happy!. Ask other women on the base to go out to lunch, shopping, to the beauty salon, for a walk or play cards, hang out and talk!.!.!.like you, many are away from family and friends and would love to have a new friend!.
These things will help lower stress and anxiety, have more confidence and motivation, so you can get back to your old self again!.

It could be depression!. You can suffer from depression without even having a reason to some people just have chemial imbalances that cause fatigue, anxiety, loss of intrest, and more!. Talk to your doctor they can perscribe you something that will get you back on track so you dont have to feel this way anymore!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
