You could have a very low blood platelet count (ITP)!. A relative of mine has this!. This can cause bruising and nose bleeds!.
Please go see a doctor asap and get take their advice!. Certainly don't fly until you have seen a doctor as altitude may cause further nose bleeds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
