I'm confused upon waking for a few minutes sometimes?!

Question: I'm confused upon waking for a few minutes sometimes!?
Hi!. When I wake up in the morning or after napping (I don't nap a lot) I have a minute or 2 of confusion!. Like I have to think and orient myself about what day it is, etc!. These things were always automatic in the past!.
This has stated since I've been taking the antidepressant Wellbutrin!. It gives me no other problems and my doctor doesn't seem alarmed by this!.
Has anyone experienced this!?
Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I'm not on Wellbutrin but I know a lot of people who have a moment of disorientation upon waking, even those not on medication!. I wouldn't worry about it too much, especially if you have no other problems and your doctor isn't concerned!. If you start experiencing longer periods of disorientation or at other times of the day (not right when you wake up from sleep/nap), you might want to ask about switching to something else; as is though, i don't think you have a problem!. I got the same kind of thing around exam time at school!. It's one of the strangest sensations I've ever experienced; like I didn't know where I was or what was going on!. I was getting very little sleep at the time, My advice to you is to try and relax, and get your mind off whatever's bothering you (being on an antidepressant and all) and try and get a decent night's sleep (it is a lot more important than you think) I've been much more relaxed over the summer, and the confusion in the morning has stoppedWww@Answer-Health@Com
