Question: Just started my period and its very heavy
at the beginning of last month(july) i had a normal p[eriod startedof which i thought was normal!. it went for a bit over 14 days!.!.regularly i only go for 5!. i stopped for a week became getting menstraul cramps and i began to bleed again!. where as it became to be different!. i became bleeding very heavyand not just regular bleeding its more like a more watered down and alot more runnier!.!.my pad would be over filled within the first 15 mins!. there are clots!.!.!.and alot of blood!.!.!.im not sure whats going on!? any advice would be goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a couple of things, but it sounds like you might have a Fibroid tumor, which is very common!. Fibroid's cause heavy bleeding and clots!. Your GYN should b e able to tell you if you have one (or more)!. They can get very large, but aside from pain, cramping and heavy bleeding they are usually not maligmant tumors!.
If your not pregnant, in which case I would be concerned about misscarraige, my guess would be either endometriosis, and,or a fibroid!. Also, as lone as the blood is not bright red, that is a good sign!. You should see a M!. D!. though!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

hi hun i would say that it might be nomal but you are having clots coming out of you if the clots are bigger than a 50 cent piece i would go to the doctors and have it checked!.it sounds like it might not be your period it could have something to do with internal bleeding i am not trying to scare you but i had a friend to complain about the same thing and come tio find out she had blood clots in her thyroids!.so i would diffenetlly go to the doctors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
