What can i do to keep myself alert and not sleepy?!


Question: What can i do to keep myself alert and not sleepy!?
i gotta go to work in 2 hrs i am gonna take a quick nap soon but what can i do that can help me not feel sleepy!. power naps is not an option and neither is coffee cuz ive been drinking it for years im used to it and it does nothing to me anymore!.!.!.!.are there any pills i can take perhaps if anyone knows plz let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

No Doz !.!. but they're caffeine based!. If you're taking a nap make sure you set at least 2 alarms - 2 hours is just long enough to fall into a pretty deep sleep!. Power nap will help if you do it right!. Spirulina will definitely help - take a heaped teaspoon!. Bee pollen is also good!. Swallow a double dose of a multi vitamin or a multi B vitamin!. Or you are welcome to borrow my chaos theory approach !.!.!.!. be completely unprepared, have your nap and wake up in a total freaked out panic!! The adrenaline this approach provides will normally see you more focussed than usual - it's true!Www@Answer-Health@Com

have a nap only for 5min and wash ur face with very cold water mainly ur eye & u can get rid of the sleepy ness!. hope that this will work out!.!.
