Question: Does sea salt make you sick!?
Yesterday morning I drank 1 an a half 16 oz!. bottles of water that I put like 2 tsp!. of salt water in it!. Drank it all, went to bed, (i work nights) and woke up with a TERRIBLE stomach ache!.!.!.chills, hot, cold nauseousness, dizzy, i had to leave i was only at work for 20 mins!. almost passed out driving home!. Anyone think this is from sea salt!? I read somewhere that drinking a glass of seasalt water helps cleanse body anyone tried this!?!? OR soes anyone have any good cleansing techniques!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't drink water with salt, it dehyderates your body!. So yes, it does make you sick, (you can cough out blood and go "crazy") you can even die from it!. You don't have to worry about that though, just drink a lot of water without the salt!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
