Hi Ben, the only way for this to happen is to wait for your hormones to kick themselves into gear!. Also, check out your parents!. If they are not tall, the odds are you will not be all that tall!. If they are tall, then it really is just a matter of time!. In the mean time, be really good at sport so you don't need to worry what people think of you!. Girls your age can be fairly shallow and nasty (I know I was) and will not want to go out with you if you are noticeably shorter than them, so stick to sport for a while and one day you will wake up quite a bit taller!. When it happens, it will happen all of a rush, and this could happen next week!. So no taking meds or anything, all right!? Because the long-term side-effects have not been proven but could be quite nasty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
