Question: How to break 2 annoying habits
Ok so the 1st one is I need help falling asleep for a good period of time I go to sleep like 11 or 12 but I always wake up at 3 and I stay up till all my parents are awake and they wake up at like 10 or 11 and im so tired to do anything during the day time and I feel im wasting my summer vacation one reason I think is bothering me from sleeping is that it is really hot in my room but my mom doesn't like the air conditioner on because it makes a lot of noise in her room I have a fan in my room that I turn on but I doesn't feel any different but I feel like there is something else thats keeping me from sleeping
So the 2nd habit is When my lips are dry I tend to peel off the skin then it starts bleeding and then my lips are chapped

1!. go out for a long walk everyday!. Spend lots of time on your feet and dont sit down too long or lounge around during the day!. dont eat too much before going to bed!. tie your hair up when sleeping!? maybe wear lighter thinner clothes to bed leave window open n dont use a blanket!.

Sounds like your room is definately too hot!. Can you sleep in another room perhaps with better ventalation!? Or maybe Mom could use earplugs, they sell some really soft ones these days that are great for sleeping!. Your sweating half the night , so your dehydrating, so your lips are peeling!. First get more water, second get some good lip salve, like caramex, use it as soon as your lips get dry and you wont get to the peeling stage, if you still get to the peeling stage the caramex will still help heal them and make them feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!.!. I don't know what to tell you a/b the sleeping thing!. Make sure you don't take naps during the day, and try drinking a glass of milk every night before bed!. For your lips, DON'T LICK THEM! Use carmex in the tube, and drink more water!. You're dehydrated, that's why your lips are chapped!. Actually, do you drink too much!?!? Drinking too much causes insomnia and chapped lips!. STOP DRINKING!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the 2nd answer about a walk and then take a shower before bed!. You will feel nice and refreshed and cooled off!. For your lip peeling, I do that too!. Keep chapstick handy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
