What is the difference between laziness & depression?!

Question: What is the difference between laziness & depression!?
Answers:
Lazy: You're perfectly healthy and spirited, you just would rather do fun stuff than do your work!. You just don't feel like doing your work!.

Depressed: Even when you do your work and try your best, you feel like crap!. You don't feel like doing much!. And when you are doing something fun, you're often STILL feeling an undercurrent of boredom/depression/unhappiness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Generally a person who is depressed:

* will not participate in activities they once found enjoyable

* will find reasons (real or imagined) why they can't interact with family and friends

* does not view personal hygiene as a high priority (a red flag if the person was well groomed before)

* will gain or lose alot of weight in just a few months

* tend to lay in bed alot although they generally don't get fitful rest-it's more like cat naps!.

* lack concentration and cannot complete even the simplest of tasks such as, possibly even deciding what to have to drink or for lunch!.

Lazy is just!.!.!.!.lazy!. They tend to become energetic when something appeals to them!. Nothing appeals to depressed people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to differentiate between the two!. Depression can cause a "lazy" state so bad that you just can't make yourself do anything!.

A person with depression should seek medical help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
