Answers:
that might mean you have poor blood circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it's probably the fact that if you sit in the same position for a while then your arm or leg whatever it just "falls asleep" because they aren't being moved around and they are being pushed on or sat on and the blood isn't going through them so they go numb!. it is basically just like cutting the circulation off!. well it IS cutting the circulation off lol!. but it's not serious or anything it's just a little spasm that happens when you lay down or sit in the same position!.

BUT if they just go numb sometime it might be that you're just getting older or growing (i am not sure how old you are so it could be either) trust me it's completly normal either way!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is usually your spine is out of place!. I've tried everything!. Chiropractors are endless wastes of time!. You could go to them til the end of time and it will only work temporarily!. I go see a massage therapist cause I stand all day long and as soon as I sit my limbs go numb!. My massage therapist relaxes all my muscles and gets all the crystal's out so therefore my body isn't full of toxins!. I've also tried acupuncture!. But massage therapy loosens ya up and it only happens to me now about ever 6-9 months!. Just takes one good section!. sometimes 2 hours to work everything back into place!. and I go to a massage therapy place not a spa or anything!. And you should be sore afterwards if your not then it didn't work!! This is what I recommend!. Oh and the reason why I'm told this happens is because your nerves get pinched cause your muscles are so tight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When anything on you goes numb it means that you are cutting off the circulation to that extremity!. In the case of have nerve damage it would not go numb and then you get the feeling back!. As long as the feeling comes back you are okay!. Try not to bend at more than a 90 degree angle when sitting!.

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly I would not suggest any kind of illness as it could be extremely minor to something major!. Too many opinions will still leave you in the dark and more worried than you are now!. Speak with your physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
