How do you wake up early when you sleep late?!


Question: How do you wake up early when you sleep late!?
PLEASE READ ALL INFO!!!

I'm in middle school and i constantly need to sleep late(midnight) and wake up at 6 AM!. I actually have no problem waking up but then i say "5 more minutes" and then i fall asleep again and wake up an hour later!. And when i manage to wake up early, i am extremely tired during the day!. How do you wake up early, sleep late and not be tired!?

I've also heard of things called internal clocks!. My mom can snap wide awake at 6:30 in the morning just because she wants to!. How does it work and how do you set it to a certain time!?

I also need to know how many hours of sleep a 13 year old should be getting to grow a lot because i want to get taller!.

So, summarized, my questions are:

Ahh I had the same problem as you when school was still going!.!.
Since the summertime I've always slept at like 3-4am and woken up at like 12!. Now it's exactly 1 week from school and now I go to bed at 1-2 am and for some reason since the weekend I have just been waking up at 7 or 8 every morning!. Soo to anwser your questions!.!.!.
1!.Set your alarm to an early time and put it somewhere where you HAVE to get up, but make sure you can hear it!.
2!. You need to go to bed earlier
3!.An internal clock is something that a person has when they know they have to wake up early so they just do!. Not everyone can do it!.
4!.When you wake up, you'll already be up so you can't just fall back in bed and sleep, go splash COLD water on your face, eat some breakfast and jog around alittle

i use an alarm clock!. hit snooze when i'm not ready to get up, it goes off again in about 5 min!. i usually get coffee when i get up, it does a good job of keeping me up!.

you're way to young to be staying up that late!. focus on school!. you need alot more sleep than you're getting!. try giving you selff from 6-8 hours to sleep, and when you wake up!.!.!.you wake up!. there's no specific amount it's just how much your body needs until it wakes up!.

that internal clock works when some one is used to waking up a certain time!.!. they wake up at that time!. it's not something you can set!. usually when people are under a lot of stress, or trained themselves they wake up at that time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok!. firstly your internal clock cannot be reset!. mine is set for 7!.30 lol!.

anyway a teens best sleeping hours are from ten till 2!. try and get most of this!. it will help you not feel so tired!.

also!. natural light helps!. try open your window or splash your face with water!.

i have also found excersise wakes you up alot!.

when i wake up i count down from 20 and just GET UP!. as fast as i can before i think about it!. then i make my bed so im not tempted to get back in!.
