Question: Okay im thirteen, whats a good bedtime
its during the summer, im thirteen years old!. there is no school and no activities the next day or anything!. what is a good time that i should go to sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you should try to go to sleep before 2 or 3 thats the rule that i made for myself and im 16 unless you have a sleepover or something else planned!.and when it gets closer to the school year start going to bed earlier and earlier so that when school starts you cant go to sleep cause your mind and body cant function off that timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Whenever you get tired, really!. Being active during day time hours is actually good for mental health though!. Being awake all night somehow leads to increased chances of depression!. A healthy schedule is 16 hours awake, 8 asleep!. Sleeping from 11pm to 7am or 12am to 8am is probably the healthiest overall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
