I have a sleeping problem help me pleasee!


Question: I have a sleeping problem help me pleasee
i can sleep at night and when i do i wake up like 3 hours after falling asleep!. and i stay up for like another 2-3 hours then fall back asleep, and if im not woken up then i sleep all day!. is there anything that i can do to stop this problem so i can actually get some sleep in a normal sleep schedule!? and if not, do u think theres something my doctor can give me!?

Do you take naps!? If so, are they long naps (hour(s) long)!? If so, that can disrupt your problem!. Drinking things with caffeine could also affect your ability to sleep!. If you're not doing any of these, sometimes insomnia is induced by stress!. In any case, I had the same problem!. I would force myself to stay up all day if I wake up early and couldn't go back to sleep, so by the time it was nighttime, I'd be physically exhausted!. Set an alarm so you don't over sleep (I try not to sleep for more than 9 hours at a time)!. Hope that helps! try listening to some quiet calm music before you go to sleep or when you wake up!. i find it really helps!.

also, set your alarm clock to the same time every morning!. that way your body will get used to waking up at that time, and you may even wake up at the right time without your alarm!

another thing you could try is to lie down in bed before you go to sleep, and look at the clock!. picture the clock displaying the time at which you want to wake up!. some people find that if you do this you actually wake up at exactly the time you wanted!

Definitely exercise!.!.!.!.!.do not drink caffeine late at night, or sugar drinks!.!.!.!.!.read a book, for this always works!.!.!.!.!.only take pills as last resort!.!.!.!.if you enjoy dreaming, as I do, then they will take away that aspect and only work due to chemicals, not by you!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just have poor sleeping habits!. try to set your clock to wake up and no matter how tierd you are, stay up all day!. by that night you should be exhausted and ready for sleep!. a couple of days you will be back on track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
