Question: How do i ensure that my contact lenses are properly clean!?
I have been wearing contacts for two years, but i dont think i'm taking good care of my lenses!. I wash them once or twice a day, but they still look dirty to me, and i also replace the fluid everyday!. Should i be doing something elso so they're clean!? Also, i use opti-free fluid, is it any good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are doing right by rinsing them everyday!. I use opti free and it works fine for me!. Just make sure you wash your hands every time you handle them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
