Question: I feel unhappy,I need to talk someone!.Is there any free chatroom,or free supportive web group!?
I don't feel good in my mind for almost 5 days,I don't know why,and everytime I back my room,then feel down all night,in day I'm not so happy too!.
I don't know the reason,I've tried some ways like did someting I love to do,but the effect doesn't exist too long,then I still back to down and unhappy!. I'm really anxious to talk all of my feeling,my mood,but I still can't find the right person!.And I don't wanna talk to most friends around me about my true feelings at all!.

So how could I do!?
I'm really unhappy!.!.!.

In college you probably are having down feelings because of a different atsomsphere, or feeling lonely because you are not always around your family!. I just moved to another state with my son because of personal reasons and i get lonely and sad all the time!. My boyfriend is wonderful and attentaive but all my old friends, lets put it this way id ont have friends anymore because of my move and my family never comes and sees me!.!.!.!.!.!.its okay to feel sad but try somehting new, take a nice bath read a funny book and call a grandparent just to talk!.!.!.!.!.not about problems but just hang in there email me bepark612@yahoo!.com if you want to chat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have symptoms of depression obviously!. Exercise can help sometimes!. To be considered major depression, the feelings and symptoms have to last at least two weeks!. Don't chat to people on-line!. You don't know who they are or what they REALLY want from you!.

If you don't want to share your feelings with your friends, find out how to contact your college welfare office, they can put you in touch with someone like a counsellor!.

If you need something quicker or more anonymous, phone the Samaritans!. You have already made a big, positive, step by asking for help!.

Please be very careful about contacting people on the internet!. There are predators cruising around like sharks looking for vulnerable prey!
