Question: Sores in the mouth of a 5yr old!?

my 5yr old nephew has two sores in his mouth one on his gum (where is teeth are) and the other on his lower lip gum!. they looks like ulcers!.!.!. but he says it doesnt hurt at all!. what else could calls these sores in his mouth!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
