you prbly have an ingrown hair!.
this might be from having a dull razor
or if you are shaving in the morning, everyone tends to have puffy/sensitive skin!.!. which results in making you skin more vulnerable to getting an ingrown hair,
if you dont want any more of those!.!. either get a new razor, or start shaving at nite! maybe even both just to be extra safe!
