Question: Is 50 beats/minute good/bad/normal for a heartbeat!?
I was just wondering!.!.!. is anything from 45-55 okay for beats per minute!? I mean a RESTING heartbeat!?!? Just curious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
People's resting heart rates vary greatly, depending upon age, physical health, medications, and so on, so there really is no "normal" resting heart rate, only what is normal for you!. Those who exercise regularly often have a lower resting heart rate than your average American couch potato!. People on medications called "beta blockers" also have lower heart rates!. There is no cause for concern unless you are experiencing symptoms along with a low heart rate - fatigue, chest pain, difficulty breathing, becoming faint, dizzy, pale, or sweaty!. thats pretty healthy!.!. it all depends on your size, wiehgt, fitness, etc too!.!.!. the average heart beat is between about 50 - 70!.!.!.any lower may be a bit of a problem but if its not too much lower it shouldnt matterWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's a little low, but not enough to worry about!. Between 60-72 would be optimal I would think!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
