Nope, when you go to the toilet it shouldnt come out and hurt, it should come out with ease and be painless!.
If it really hurts you should think of taking a stool softner or going to your local doctor to get checked over!.

No cant say that I have!. But you may be suffering from Piles which could cause pain when using the toilet!. Is there any blood when you wipe!. That would be an indicator!.
I know its embarrassing but maybe see your doc and speak to him!. Or you could visit netdoctor and see if they can diagnose the problem!.
