Answers:
there are chemicals released by your brain that paralyze your body while you sleep so you don't act out your dreams!. in sleep paralysis, the chemicals get released too soon before you're fully asleep or last too long when you're ready to get up!.!.!. so you are literally dreaming but part of your brain is awake!.!.!. which leads to all sorts of weird sensations and experiences that are created entirely by the weird state your brain is in!.!.!. blah blah blah!.!.!.!. definiately not evil spirits or anything so you can relax about that!.!.!. anyway!.!.!.

used to happen to me all the time!.!.!. haven't had it in a couple years!. i used to have scary nightmares with it and wouldn't be able to get away!. sometimes it was like i could look down at myself and see how helpless i was and that was terrifying!.

then i figured out that if i keep reminding myself that it will eventually end and that even though it's scary it cant hurt me!.!.!. that i could have a little fun with it!. i could get a little adventurous and see what i could make happen!. it got to where i almost looked forward to it happening because i was curious (that's when i stopped experiencing this!.!. because for me it was triggered by stress, and since i learned to not get scared and stressed out worrying that it might happen, it stopped)!.

i've read stories on the internet about people being able to have an out of body experience where they can fly around the room and watch themselves sleep and all sorts of weird stuff like that!. i've tried to be able to do that, but was never successful!.

anyway!.!.!.!. i know i'm rambling a little (sorry) but my point was that if you keep telling yourself it can't hurt you!.!.!. and even try to enjoy this bizarre gift that your sleepy brain is giving you!.!.!. it'll eventually stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh wow, this is interesting!. I get this a lot too!!! I have no idea what to do about this, but I'm so glad that I found someone who has the same sleep problems!.!.!.

I wonder what answers you'll get from this, I'm curious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
