Question: CANT GET TO SLEEP! PLEASE HELP!
Hey It's me if any1 is there I can't get to sleep, and can't get sleeping pills right now!. Please if any1 is out there at 3:11 AM tuesday, answer my question please! WHAT DO I DO!!?!!?!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If you are not asleep by now, you could do the following:

1!.) drink ample water
2!.) Go to the loo
3!.) Change your clothes
4!.) switch off light and muffle away any noise
4!.) Lie down facing up with legs and hands close by your body
5) Close eyes and relax, try to get all your thoughts out of your head!. Dont stress yourself that you have to sleep, just calm down !.!.

The next thing you know will be your alarm ringing !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you can stay awake this whole night, and dont sleep at all, then the next night you will be really tired and you will sleep, and then wake up early so you can sleep batter, i am here doing the same thingWww@Answer-Health@Com

meditate, listen to quiet music, do some stretches, drink warm milk, don't watch TV or play on the computer!.!.!. uhh!.!. there's one other suggestion but it's not appropriate :P it works, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch and then RUN as fast as you can to your bed!. (it will tucker you out) and then get under the covers and close your eyes!.

Do something recreational!. Go for a walk!. Clean!. Watch some TV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay go get in your room and make sure there's no light because its a proven fact that if there is like a tv you'll get distracted and awake!. Relax and just roll your eyes!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
