Question: Low body fat,,,what do you think !?
my bones showen when i wear t-shirts and i wear baggy cloths ,my mother says put make up and take multivitamins !.i eat by counting and feel guilty with any pound i add to my body add to this that gaining weight is my worst nightmare ,not that i care about my body more then others /i was fat and i dont want to be again ,seriously do i need help, my weight is around eighti pounds ,i eat most things but without fats or much meats or sugar ,i eat rice/corn crackers and dried fruits Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, I like to eat a minimal amount of saturated fats, you need the rest for a healthy body and skin though!. Not eating refined sugar is good and eating dried fruits sounds like a good idea, try to eat brown rice if you can as it has more vitamins (especially the B's) which are good for giving you energy, also it is higher in fibre!. I would also advise eating more veg, find some that you like as it can be filling with very few calories per volume, eg broccoli!. Try eating tomatoes for the same reason, very good for you, full of vitamins and the veg has a lot of essential minerals!. Why not increase the amount of exercise you take and increase your food intake proportionally and that way your body will still be getting the goodness it needs!. Most importantly, enjoy life, its what its all about and give yourself the occasional treat!. )Www@Answer-Health@Com

if 80 is what you weigh then you are still loseing weight!.that makes you 5st 7lb!.you need to gain some weight and if the thought of that scares you at such a low weight then yes you do have some kind of eating disorder which you have to get diagnosed so you can have treatment!.your body needs some fats to survive and you must be feeling weak because the fat will be coming from other parts of your body including your heart!.seek help!.please!.xxx!.your body mass is 14!.6!.thats really really lowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you have an eating disorder, perhaps you could go and speak to your doctor or a dietician about your feelings toward food!. There is nothing wrong with a bit of extra meat on your bones, probably your mum is worried about you!. I understand you don't want to be overweight but depriving yourself so much can really ruin your body in later life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your diet isn't very healthy and you're too thin!. You have to 'bite the bullet' and eat properly, don't worry about gaining a little weight - eating properly and regular exercise will sort that out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

add some chicken and fish to your diet it's healthy and will help you put a bit of weight on without you feeling guilty !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do u mean 8 stone what iss ur bmi u can work out if your underweight by that as long as your not making yourself sick if your just being healthy that is fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
